Grand Lake Fall Softball Leagues 2024
3-5th grades, 6-8th grades and High School
The Grand Lake Fall League offers an opportunity for players to continue to improve and refine skills for five weeks in the fall against some of the area’s best competition. The league will be divided into four divisions: 9th-12th and 6th – 8th and 3rd – 5th grade. We also have a travel division (see website for details).
The League will play games on Sundays beginning August 18th, including August 25th, September 8th, September 15th and the 22nd. Each team will play two games each Sunday. There are NO practices, as to avoid any conflict with fall sports. Game times will start at 10:00 and continue every hour and a half-hour after.
We will make every attempt that you will play your games back to back. We will utilize the diamonds at KC Geiger Park, St. Marys, Ohio. League officials will obtain coaches for the teams. Travel teams will provide their own coaches.
Cost of the league will be $111 for the High School and Jr. High Division. The 3rd and 5th grade division will be $94. The entry fee will pay for shirts for the players, umpires, and league operating expenses. We are happy to open this for the 1st time ever to all softball players, the league will be run at Custenborder Fields in Sidney, OH. This is not limited to just Sidney residents. Any player, from anywhere can sign up!
We are working with other sports, such as soccer to try and construct the best schedule possible to allow players to play other sports and still participate in the fall softball league.
This is a combination of games and camps. THE NUMBER ONE GOAL, to help create better softball players and a very enjoyable softball atmosphere!
